March 26   to  April 11	Kingston Kiwanis Music Festival	We  have 525 registrations and almost 1000 participants.  Performances are being scheduled for Choirs, Bands, Ensembles,  Woodwinds, Strings, Piano and Voice at five venues in Kingston. All welcome -  there is no admission.  All performances are professionally adjudicated. Go to kkmf.ca for details.  The festival has been running for 53 years.  Be a donor and help the festival  provide performances opportunities for Kingston's aspiring musicians.
April 28	Highlights Concert	A selection of the best performances, as recommended by the adjudicators,  from the Kingston  Kiwanis Music Festival.  The Concert takes place from 7-9 pm at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts - a world class facility in Kingston.  Admission is by donation.  The general public is most welcome.   The event is sponsored by the Ballytobin Foundation.
May 28 7-9 pm	Kiwanis Amateur Sports Awards Ceremony	Kiwanis  Amateur Sports Awards Ceremony  honours outstanding athletes (19 and under),  builders and officials selected from the Kingston area.  It will be held in Memorial Hall in Kingston's City Hall. Details of  how to submit nominations for awards will be published in March.
